Blackboard will be down while procedures recommended by Blackboard support to resolve the ActiveMQ issues that are impacting the My Grades tool. It is estimated that the process will take two hours to complete.. We will continue to post updates as the become available.
Request a Technology Training Center Reservation
Use of the Technology Training Centers is designated for sessions focused on the usage, implementation, and development of various technologies and softwares. We cannot accomodate requests for academic or administrative use beyond the scope of technology training.
The Technology Training Center Use Procedures has important information you will need to know when using the Technology Training Centers. Please make sure you read this document and contact us about any questions you may have before your scheduled reservation date.
To allow us to make the most efficient use of the computer training space, requests for reservation for one of the Technology Training Centers can be submitted up to one semester in advance. Requests will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We suggest requesting your reservation at least one week in advance.

Cancelling a Reservation
In order to accommodate as many requests as possible, please provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a reservation. You can cancel a reservation by emailing the Help Desk.
All software will be maintained, installed, and removed by Computer Services. Software not standard to Computer Services Technology Training Centers will require a proof of license agreement before installation can take place. Software must be submitted to Computer Services Training and Documentation for installation no later than three weeks before scheduled use of the lab. The software will be installed by Computer Services Training and Documentation, and the person reserving the Technology Training Center must test non-standard software and report any software problems at least two weeks before the event date.
