Experts Documentation Training

Experts is the online documentation repository for the Missouri State University community. Computer Services offers online training courses for those interested in contributing to the Experts Knowledge Base or becoming a Space Administrator.

Knowledge Base Training

This course is for those who are responsible for curating and editing articles in the Experts Knowledge Base.

This training covers creating the organization of the Experts Knowledge Base and how to create, format, and edit Knowledge Base articles. You’ll review important page structure and style guidelines from the KB Contributor Guides

Space Administration

This course is for those who are responsible for administration and/or editing for their respective team and departmental spaces in Experts. 

The first part of this training will cover Experts Space Administration functions including managing permissions, space organization, and curating content for the Experts Knowledge Base. 

The second half of this training will cover creating and editing pages in your Experts team spaces. Editors will be able to practice using templates, blueprints, built-in macros, and attaching screenshots.
