Blackboard will be down while procedures recommended by Blackboard support to resolve the ActiveMQ issues that are impacting the My Grades tool. It is estimated that the process will take two hours to complete.. We will continue to post updates as the become available.

Banner is the University’s centralized academic and administrative records system.  The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system includes the applications listed below.  These applications work in or with Banner to facilitate day-to-day processing, data distribution, and strategic decision making.  Access to these systems is controlled by the BearPass Login and/or the Banner Login.

Banner is getting a facelift! Banner is being upgraded to a new version. The new version is mobile-device friendly and no longer relies on the Java plug-in to launch.

My Missouri State

My Missouri State is the online self-service system. It contains your official record, including personal information, address, employment data, class schedule, grades and transcripts.


Argos is the University's information access tool. Data dashboards and reports are available to support day-to-day processing and strategic decision making. Experts are available every Friday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Cheek Hall 100 to answer data and reporting questions.

Banner Document Management (BDM)

BDM supports scanning physical documents and storing digital content for secure access. Documents can be added and retrieved from within Web Access. Users must first log into Banner and click the View Documents button to sync their Banner password on initial entry and after every password update.


AppWorx is the University’s resource scheduling tool. It automates processing large amounts of data by connecting related Banner and custom jobs into process flows and running those flows on a scheduled basis. It reduces data entry errors and ensures control over mission-critical business processes.
