At this time, only the Meyer Library 105 Open-Access Computer Lab is open.

BearPass Card Access

The Help Desk and Open-Access Computer Lab will be accessible to current students, faculty, and staff via Bearpass Cards during posted times. Access to the remaining areas of Meyer Library is limited.

Masks Required

It is required that you wear a mask or face covering in the lab per temporary university policy.

The fastest way to receive support is by using the Help Desk Service Portal to submit a request or by sending us an email; we have limited phone support at this time.

Accounts and Access

Set up, change your password, and manage your new MSU account for access to all of our on- and off-campus services.

New to MSU

New students, faculty, and staff can find information on creating accounts, getting laptops and mobile devices connected with on-campus services like wireless internet, and setting up email.

The Get Software page provides Missouri State students, faculty, and staff with information on obtaining software for their work or home computers, including Microsoft Student Advantage.

Get Hardware

The Get Hardware page provides Missouri State students, faculty, and staff with information on ordering computers for personal use, for ordering University-owned computers, and for other hardware purchases.
