Training Opportunities

Blackboard Training

Computer Services Help Desk provides support services for the Blackboard Course Management System (CMS). Faculty members and graduate teaching assistants are encouraged to take training courses prior to teaching courses or as refreshers, or attend a Blackboard Open Lab for walk-in one-on-one assistance. Banner Training

View training and open help session schedules on Banner, Argos, and Banner Document Management Suite (BDMS) by visiting the Banner Master Training Schedule.

Using the Experts Documentation Wiki

This training is offered to all users who will contribute content to the Experts Documentation Wiki.

Using Camtasia to Create Training Videos

This training is offered to all users who will create, edit, or produce screen capture training videos using Camtasia.

How to Register for Training

Registration for all training courses is available through the My Learning Connection system. To log in, go to http://my.missouristate.edu, click the Profile tab, and find the Professional Development channel. Click the My Learning Connection link; this will open My Learning Connection in a new window where you can search for and register for classes (PDF file).
