Scheduled web, database, and authentication server maintenance

The three servers that serve the www.secure.missouristate.edu website will be restarted to apply operating system updates between 6:00 and 8:00 AM CDT Saturday, June 15.  Anyone using a web application on the www.secure.missouristate.edu website (including some applications linked to via My Missouri State) may be prompted to log in again.

Two database servers (Keystone and Diesel) will also be restarted to apply operating system updates between 6:00 and 8:00 AM CDT on Saturday, June 15.  Several web applications depend on data which resides on those servers, so there will be a brief interruption of service for those applications as the database servers restart.

The two servers that serve the mis.missouristate.edu website will also be restarted to apply operating system updates between 6:00 and 8:00 AM CDT on Saturday, June 15.  Due to server redundancy, this should not produce an interruption of service.
