To all Springfield and West Plains Faculty and Staff -
In order to maintain the highest level of quality service possible, the University’s networking and computer systems require occasional downtime to apply software and hardware upgrades. On Saturday, June 9, from 6:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m., Computer Services will be performing an upgrade to the University’s networking infrastructure. During this period of time, all University computer systems, including the phone system, may be unavailable for use. Services will be available during part of this scheduled downtime, but services may be interrupted during this time period without notice. Departments and users are encouraged to plan accordingly and not to be dependent on uninterrupted services during this scheduled outage.
