Technology Wiki

The Missouri State University Computing & Technology Resource Wiki is a resource recently developed by Computer Services to act as a medium for the transfer of technical knowledge and the solution of technical issues. This wiki, operating along the guidelines of the well-known site Wikipedia, is focused completely on the technology needs of our campus and community.

Banner Documentation Repository

Missouri State University has implemented a new documentation repository for Banner where you can find all of the information you might need regarding access, forms, and using our new Enterprise Resource Planning package. Just Ask the Experts!

Help Desk

The Computer Services Help Desk supports faculty and staff at Missouri State University through phone support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and training. The Help Desk is located in Cheek 150 at the east end of the computer lab and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Open-Access Computer Labs

The Computer Services Open-Access Labs provide computers and assistance to all Missouri State University students, faculty, and staff. With labs in 3 buildings and 24 hour coverage in Cheek Hall Monday through Thursday, there is always assistance close at hand.

ResNET

ResNET supports students who live in the residence halls and provides computer assistance to our on-campus residents. Their office is located in the main lounge on the lower level of Hutchens House and can help resolve any number of computer problems you may be experiencing. The ResNET office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Web Help Desk

The Web Help Desk is available to answer web questions for the university's web developers and can be reached between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Web Help Desk also has open lab hours in Cheek 100 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays.

Banner Support Open Lab Hours

The Computer Services Training Facility in Cheek Hall, room 100, is open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Wednesdays and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays to help all faculty, staff, and student workers with either general questions or specific program assistance. Stop by if you have any questions and would like to sit down with our Technical Trainer to learn more.
